Terms of Service

Effective July 16, 2026. These starter terms should be reviewed by the operator before public launch.

The service

OutOfStock.ai provides best-effort monitoring of publicly accessible product pages and may send transactional email when an item appears available. Availability changes quickly; we do not sell, reserve, endorse, or guarantee any product, price, retailer, email delivery, or monitoring interval.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and use the service only for personal, lawful purposes. Each account may have up to ten active alerts. You are responsible for checking the retailer’s final availability, price, shipping, and terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use OutOfStock.ai to probe private networks, bypass access controls, overload retailers, automate resale activity, interfere with the service, or violate retailer terms or applicable law.

Service changes

The free service may change, pause, reject unsupported pages, or end without guarantee. We may suspend abusive accounts to protect users, retailers, and infrastructure.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. OutOfStock.ai is not liable for missed alerts, false positives, retailer actions, purchases, lost opportunities, or indirect damages.
